Moulding your future

BG Timber Ltd has on site a fully functioning mill facility. We also offer a bespoke machining service. With this service we can offer nine moulding machines capable of producing sections in most timber. This includes both standard and non-standard mouldings

We can also offer a bespoke service that includes a high quality finishing line. This can be used to prime or lacquer sections to a water-based finish.

BG Timber has also been involved in many large manufacturing projects. Most recently we were asked to manufacture privacy panels for balconies

Barratts of Aspley

This involved manufacturing prototypes for the architects approval. The larch was then sourced, machined and the panels manufactured in various sizes. WE were also asked to supply the decking for these balconies which we machined to spec and cut to length.

We have also been involved in sourcing hardwoods for cladding. This involved sourcing the timber, machining, fireproofing and supplying it in stages to site.
