BG Timber Ltd was established in 1998 by its current MD James Bartram. The staff, including its MD, has a broad wealth of knowledge and experience in the timber industry. It supplies a diverse range of timber, MDF, Thermowood, decking and all its associated products.

As BG Timber has developed over the years it has broadened its horizons in many directions. Foremost must be its development of the importing and machining of hardwoods and softwoods. This Includes Larch and Cedar used for cladding, decking and construction. This has to be closely followed by its venturing into the door and window market. A glance at the case studies is proof enough of the success and diversity of these projects.

This diversification has not distracted BG Timber away from the individual customer who may only require a few meters of timber to complete a DIY project, neither has it distracted from its extremely loyal customer base, some of whom have been trading with BG timber since 1998.
